FAO: Forestry Toolkit launched
The Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) has launched their latest Forestry Communication Toolkit in English, French and Spanish.
The Toolkit serves as a professional, online communication resource that will provide the global forestry community with easy and free access to the huge array of material (FAO publications and expert interviews on key forestry topics), information and data on FAO Forestry programmes (this includes full access to databases and comprehensive statistics), activities and products.
The Toolkit is easy to navigate and simple to download.
Members of the Africa Forest Communicators Network are encouraged to make full use of it in your public communication and outreach activities.
To help you become familiar with its structure, see the produced short introductory video to guide you through its various components and potential applications such as videos, photos and graphics, using simple descriptions and explanations.
You are welcome to also share the links to these tools with other forestry practitioners and partners so that they may also benefit from using FAO Forestry products in their work.
