TRAFFIC-WWF: UN recognizes wildlife crime as threat to rule of law
New York, USA, 25th September 2012—Poaching and the illicit trafficking of wildlife products were raised on the floor of the United Nations General Assembly for the first time this Monday, during discussions on strengthening national and international governance.
