Climate Action Global Gathering
In the lead-up to the OGP, we helped organise the two day, pre-OGP Climate Action Global Gathering. It led to concrete actions to collaborate on advancing climate transparency and accountability agenda through the OGP.
These actions included the proposal to create of a working group on climate openness, and groups to share best practices on climate project monitoring and how to protect climate activists. Around 100 people were present from a wide range of CSO actors including WRI, The Access Initiative and Hivos. TI Chapter staff from Mexico, Kenya, Korea, Ghana, Cameroon, Peru and Costa Rica were also present. Read more...
