DSA2019: Opening up Development The Open University, Milton Keynes, 19-21 June
The DSA's annual conference in 2019 will take place at the Open University, which celebrates its 50th birthday that year. The conference will focus centrally on "Opening up Development", while also encompassing the broad range of development studies interests. As with DSA2018, we will have sessions for early career scholars - including on publishing and an ECR plenary; as well as assisting participants from the Global South to attend.

The call for papers is CLOSING SOON - 16th January - please view the list of panels and propose your paper or submission to the panel of your choice before this date. See here all the details on how to submit a paper.
The call for applications for the PhD student Masterclass is now OPEN until 31st January 2019. If you are a current PhD student, take a look at this opportunity here.
The Early Career Researcher Plenary panel will take place again at DSA2019. The call for applications is now CLOSED. We will notify all applicants of the decisions in the week commencing 14th January.
Funding
Later in 2019 we'll post a call for funding here, as some financial support will be available on a needs basis to assist some delegates to attend the conference.
