Libreville (Gabon), 27 August 2015 - Holding of an ECCAS Ministers extraordinary meeting on climate change in a view to adopt a common position for Central Africa at the 21st Conference of the Parties (CoP 21) on climate change scheduled to hold from 30th November to 11 December 2015.
