COMMUNIQUÉ FINAL REUNION DE TRAVAIL SUR LA SECURISATION DES TERROIRS VILLAGEOIS DANS LE PNAT.pdf
December 11, 2018-The SIL CONGO room in Brazzaville provided the setting for a working meeting on ensuring village land security in national land use plans, jointly organized by the Forum for Governance and Human Rights (FGDH) and the Congolese Observatory for Human Rights (OCDH) as part of the implementation of the CoNGOs project (the NGO Collaboration for Fair and Sustainable Community Livelihoods in Congo Basin forests).
With close to twenty participants including representatives of the administration (Directorate General of Spatial Planning), civil society platforms and local NGOs, the meeting’s overall purpose was to foster the integration of village land security in the national land use plan.
