Implementation of the Bi-national Cooperation Agreement between Chad and Cameroon on the creation and joint management of the Bouba Ndjida and Sena Oura Protected Area Complex.
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor of the Mayo-Kébbi West region, represented by the Secretary General at the Governor's office, the 3rd session of the Bi-national Planning and Execution Committee (CBPE) of the BSB "Yamoussa" transboundary complex took place from 15 to 16 February 2016, in the meeting room of the National Program for Food Security (NASP) of the Pala chapter in Chad.
The session organized by the Conservators of the Bouba-Ndjida/Sena-Oura transboundary complex with the financial support of the WWF-IUCN (World Wildlife Fund - International Union for the Conservation of Nature) project was attended by several development partners as well as technical and financial partners, including GIZ.
