2015 saw much human and financial input towards sustainable development. With regards to agricultural development:
76.80 hectares of fallow land were restored in the form of ecological orchards, and 21 local carbon awards were handed out. Home garden promotions were held in the village, and182 bags of varieties of vegetable seeds (each carrying between 12 and 600 seeds) to the local people through generous donations from the Kokopelli Association in France.
With regards to developing a green economy
Beekeeping was introduced with the training of 20 new beekeepers on modern honey production techniques, and by equipping the trained beekeepers with 20 hives and other necessary accessories. Regular monitoring and funding of 23 income generating activities thanks to the sustainable development fund with 1,328,200CFA F in capital including 110, 500 CFAF in interest earned in 2015.
