The Cameroon Forest Governance Forum will be taking place at Hotel La Falaise, Yaoundé from 16-18 March 2016.
Welcome
Forest Governance Forum (FGF) events are designed to create an in-country space for discussion and exchange of ideas, experience and research.
Please visit the official Website of the Conference: Forest Governance Forum (FGF)
The following important questions will be addressed:
- How can forest resources be managed in the interests of all stakeholders?
- How can Forest Governance be strengthened to deliver results that make economic, social and ecological sense?
Inspired by Illegal Logging Conferences hosted biannually by Chatham House in London, Forest Governance Forum brings together regional and global speakers and participants from Government, Civil Society, Trade & Industry, the NGO Community and the Academic World. Previous FGFs have taken place in West Africa (Ghana & Liberia) and Central Africa (DRC and Cameroon).
Please explore this site, register your interest in attending the Forum, access and share resources and discuss issues with others.

Upcoming Events
This calendar is based on information provided by COMIFAC and the Franco-German support office is considered a complementary event schedule to the official calendar posted on COMIFAC's website. (http://www.comifac.org/events). It offers a broad overview of international and regional events that are directly linked to CBFP's objectives: major conferences and meetings, workshops and training sessions and other activities scheduled by CBFP Facilitation and its member organisations.
Our choice is by no means exhaustive and depends largely on our partners' notice. Every partner organisation is thus welcome to contribute to a rich variety of posted events and to share its schedule with CBFP's Facilitation and the other members! We may also, upon request, forward your input to the COMIFAC webmaster.
