Norway: Heads up Oslo REDD Exchange 29 and 30 October 2013
This is a brief message to let you know that Norway is planning for a REDD Exchange in Oslo on October 29th and 30th.
Norway aim for a 2 day conference with 4-500 participants from the REDD community (REDD+ and donor countries, research institutions, private sector, CSOs, multilaterals..)
The main objective of the event will be to promote the exchange of perspectives, experiences and ideas related to key elements for the successful establishment and implementation of REDD+. The conference aims to bring the REDD+ agenda one step forward, by discussing these preconditions for success and how the international community may contribute.

This calendar is based on information provided by COMIFAC and the Franco-German support office is considered a complementary event schedule to the official calendar posted on COMIFAC's website. (http://www.comifac.org/events). It offers a broad overview of international and regional events that are directly linked to CBFP's objectives: major conferences and meetings, workshops and training sessions and other activities scheduled by CBFP Facilitation and its member organisations.
Our choice is by no means exhaustive and depends largely on our partners' notice.
