The high-level conference on 'Aligning finance with the SDGs' will take place on 29 January 2020, with back-to-back workshops and seminars taking place on 28 and 30 January.

The Conference will convene public and private actors committed to promoting a better alignment of global financial flows with the SDGs. Participants will hear insights and examples from investors, CEOs, donors, policy makers, field actors and researchers active in the blended finance and social impact investing markets, as well as green and climate finance.

Discussions will address: directing development and commercial finance towards socially and environmentally sustainable projects; and ensuring business operations contribute to the Goals, through their employment, sourcing and marketing policies.
